Nothing makes a gift better than personalizing it. It makes it more fun to give and receive. Recently we’ve made quite a few serving boards with a personalized epoxy inlay. In our examples you’ll see a few that were made for new homeowners. By incorporating certain elements from both their old and new homes, we make a custom drawing which we then carve into a serving board. After it’s been carved, we fine-tune it a bit by hand and then fill it with epoxy resin to which we add a certain color pigment. After a finishing process we are then left with a stunning personalized gift! As you’ll see in our gallery, the size and shape of the boards and the color of resin can be changed to fit preferences. Instead of making personalized one-of-a-kind boards, we also make small batches with the same design.
